  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar and mozzarella mix is preferred.
  • 2 large tortillas Larger tortillas are better for wrapping.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season chicken appropriately.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat until hot.
  2. Add the diced chicken to the pan, seasoning with salt and pepper while cooking.
  3. Once the chicken is cooked through (about 7-10 minutes), add the minced garlic.
  4. Layer the shredded cheese on top of the chicken and cover the pan until the cheese is melted and gooey, about a minute.
  5. Spoon the chicken and cheese mixture onto the center of each tortilla, fold in the sides, and roll them up to create wraps.
  6. Serve the wraps in shallow bowls for a nicer presentation.
