  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved Fresh is best if you have them!
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Extra virgin is preferred.
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce Any good quality will do.
  • to taste salt I use sea salt.
  • optional sesame seeds for garnish Makes everything look nicer!

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cool water, then trim the ends and slice them in half.
  2. Put the halved Brussels sprouts into a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, add salt, and toss until they’re gleaming.
  3. Stir in the sweet chili sauce, ensuring each sprout gets coated.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Air fry the Brussels sprouts for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  3. Once golden brown, remove from the air fryer and top with sesame seeds, if using.

Notes
