Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced These give such a vibrant sweetness, but I sneak in a bit of banana sometimes for added creaminess.
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt I love Fage because it’s extra thick; no one wants a watery mess!
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup Before you add it, taste the strawberries; if they’re sweet, you might skip this step!
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Makes everything better, trust me. I drop a touch more in because I’m fancy like that!
  • Optional: Chocolate chips or sprinkles Taylor insists we must add these for ‘wow’ factor; I prefer to keep it simple.

Method

Preparation
  1. Begin by washing and chopping your strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
  4. Using a spoon, fill your silicone moulds with the yogurt-strawberry mix.
  5. Freeze for about 2-3 hours or until solid.
  6. Pop out your frozen yogurt bites — they should glide right out of the mould.

Notes

If they freeze too hard: Place them on the counter for 5 minutes before trying to pop them out. If you run out of honey: Maple syrup or agave works, but granulated sugar can work too! Just let it blend longer. Need to pause? You can keep the mixture in the fridge until you can get back to it.
