  • 1 tsp salt Sea salt provides a lovely crunch.
  • to taste everything bagel seasoning Optional, based on personal preference.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, cottage cheese, and the egg.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gently fold the dry mix into the spinach mixture.
  5. Using your hands, shape the dough into bagel shapes and place them on a lined baking tray.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Notes
