  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Use high-quality olive oil

  • 1 juice lime Freshly squeezed
For the Avocado Lime Sauce
  • 1 ripe avocado Choose one that gives slightly when pressed
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt Use plain and full-fat
  • 1 juice lime Freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt and pepper Sprinkle generously to taste
Optional Garnish
  • to taste Fresh herbs (cilantro or parsley) For garnish, optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, and add salt to taste.
Cooking
  1. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, depending on its thickness.
  2. While the salmon is baking, prepare the avocado lime sauce by combining the avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning as needed.
Serving
  1. Once the salmon is cooked, plate it and generously drizzle the avocado lime sauce over the top. Optionally garnish with fresh herbs.
