Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha, rice vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place cauliflower florets on a baking sheet and drizzle the sauce over them, ensuring they are well coated.
Cooking
- Slide the cauliflower into the oven for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Optionally, brush on some reserved sauce halfway through for additional flavor.
Serving
- Plate the Maple Sriracha Roasted Cauliflower and serve!
