- In a large non-stick pan over medium heat, brown the ground beef until it's cooked through.
- Toss in the diced onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Leave to simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and top with half the shredded mozzarella.
- Bake the casserole at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
