  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Add more if you like, e.g., 5 cloves for stronger flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce Kikkoman is recommended.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Extra virgin preferred for a fancy touch.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Sea salt is recommended.
  • Optional: red pepper flakes Adjust based on heat preference.

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Toss in the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, just until fragrant.
  3. Add the asparagus and continue to stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they turn vibrant green.
  4. Squeeze the lemon juice and add the zest over the chicken and asparagus.
  5. Drizzle the soy sauce over everything, give it a good toss, and let it cook for another minute.

Notes
