  • 1/2 piece onion, diced Yellow onions are common, red can add gourmet touch.
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Use homemade or store-bought.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, diced onion, bell pepper, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Assembly
