Sear the Steak

- Pour in the beef broth and sprinkle the taco seasoning over the mixture.
Simmer Away
- Let the mixture simmer on low heat for 20 minutes or until the rice is fluffy and the liquid is absorbed.
Stir in the Queso
- Fold in the queso cheese dip until melted and combined.
