  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano Adds amazing fragrance.
  • 1 pieces Juice of 1 lemon Fresh lemon juice is best.
  • to taste Salt and black pepper Sea salt is preferred.
For the Wraps
  • 1 pieces cucumber, diced Peel for less bitterness.
  • 1 pieces tomato, diced Skip if tomatoes aren’t in season.
  • to taste Feta cheese, crumbled Essential for authentic flavor.
  • 4 pieces Pita bread or wraps of your choice Wholemeal wraps are recommended.

Method
 

Marinating the Chicken
  1. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, garlic, oregano, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes, or even overnight for best results.
Cooking the Chicken
  1. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and drizzle olive oil.
  2. Add the marinated chicken to the pan, ensuring not to overcrowd it to prevent steaming.
Assembling the Wraps
  1. Grab your pita or wrap and layer on the cooked chicken, cucumber, tomato, and feta.
Preparing Tzatziki
  1. You can buy tzatziki or make your own using leftover Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, minced garlic, and a sprinkle of salt.
Final Touch
  1. Roll the wraps tightly and serve with extra tzatziki on the side.
