Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Roll out puff pastry into a rectangle (about 30x40 cm) on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut the rolled pastry into triangles, approximately 10 cm wide at the base.
- Spoon Nutella onto the wide end of each triangle and roll tightly towards the tip.
- Place croissants on a parchment-lined baking tray and brush the tops with beaten egg.
Baking
- Bake the croissants in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.

Notes
