Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- While the oven heats, wash and cut the sweet potatoes into wedges.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika until well-coated.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the wedges and toss again.
- Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
