  • 1 lb ground beef Use whatever's on sale.
  • 1 tsp salt Sea salt recommended.
  • 1 tsp black pepper Feel free to add more for kick.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Use any cheddar available.
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough Homemade dough can be used at your discretion.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Essential for that restaurant vibe.
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted For enhanced flavor.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Add extra if desired.
  • optional parsley, chopped For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
  3. While the beef is cooking, separate the biscuit dough into 8 equal portions.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cooked beef, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
  5. Take a portion of dough, flatten it, scoop in a bit of the beef mixture, and wrap it up.
  6. Line a baking tray with parchment paper, place the stuffed dough balls seam side down, and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Brush them with garlic butter (melted butter mixed with minced garlic) right before they finish baking.
