Method
 

Preparation
  1. Peel the bananas and slice them into about half-inch discs.
  2. Spread about a teaspoon of peanut butter onto each banana slice.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
  4. Using a fork, dip each banana-peanut butter stack into the melted chocolate, letting any excess drip off.
  5. Sprinkle a light pinch of sea salt on top before putting them into the freezer.
  6. Place the bites in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the chocolate is hard.
