Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F).
- Slice the potatoes into ¼-inch rounds using a mandoline or a sharp knife.
- Soak the sliced potatoes in cold water for about 30 minutes, then drain and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- In a large bowl, toss the dried potatoes with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and rosemary until every slice is coated.
- Spread the potato slices in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
