  • 1 cup cookie dough, homemade or store-bought Ben & Jerry’s Edible Cookie Dough is a convenient option.
  • 1 sprinkle sea salt For garnish, brings all flavors together.

Method
 

Preparing the Crust
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed digestive biscuits with melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
  3. Use a measuring cup to press the mixture firmly into the pan bottom.
The Cheesecake Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, whip together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and mix until incorporated.
Folding in the Dough and Chips
  1. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and cookie dough chunks until evenly distributed.
Baking the Cheesecake
