  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard Maille brand is highly recommended.
  • 200 g sour cream Essential for a creamy texture.
  • Salt and pepper, to taste Start with a pinch and adjust according to your taste.
  • Olive oil for frying Use good quality extra virgin for best flavor.
  • Optional: Pasta or rice, to serve Can be enjoyed on its own as well.

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Toss in the garlic and keep stirring to prevent burning.
  4. Add the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Stir in the mushrooms and cook until tender.
  6. Pour in the chicken stock and Dijon mustard.
  7. Stir in the sour cream until combined and let simmer.
