Ingredients
Method
Cook the Orzo
- Boil a large pot of water and throw in the orzo. Cook according to package instructions (usually around 8-10 minutes).
Sauté the Chicken and Broccoli
- In another pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and sprinkle with onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until it’s golden brown, about 6-7 minutes. Then toss in the broccoli.
Add Garlic and Broth
- Once the broccoli is bright green, add the minced garlic and let it cook for about 30 seconds. Then, pour in the chicken broth.
Combine Everything
- Stir in the cooked orzo and cheese, letting it melt into the dish.
Serve It Up
- Serve it in big bowls with a sprinkle of extra cheese on top.
Cleanup
- Cleanup takes about 15 minutes if you have a system—just rinse the plates as you eat.
