Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 180℃ (350℉).
- In a medium saucepan, combine the rinsed quinoa and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for about 15 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, Greek yoghurt, garlic powder, salt, and 1/2 cup of cheese.
- Once the quinoa is cooked, fluff it with a fork and gently fold it into the chicken mixture.
Baking
- Pour everything into a greased oven-safe dish and top with the remaining cheese. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden and bubbling.

Notes
If using frozen broccoli, it cooks beautifully in the bake. If you burn the bottom, scrape it off and add extra cheese to mask the flavor.
