Preparation
- Melt the butter in a large non-stick pot over medium heat. Once melted, add the mini marshmallows until melted.
- Remove the pot from heat and stir in the Biscoff cookie spread until well mixed.
- Fold in the Rice Krispies gently until all are coated.
- Spoon the mixture into a parchment-lined baking dish and press it down evenly.
- Sprinkle the crushed Biscoff cookies over the top and press down gently.
