  • 100 grams brie cheese, diced Remove the wrapping before using.
  • 1 piece apple, diced Granny Smith recommended for tartness.
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Other oils can be used.
  • to taste salt and pepper Use your preferred amount.
  • 1 teaspoon thyme Can be dried or fresh.

  • to taste honey For drizzling.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness using a meat mallet.
  2. In a bowl, combine diced brie, diced apple, breadcrumbs, and thyme.
Stuffing and Cooking
  1. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the filling into each chicken breast and fold over, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sear the stuffed chicken until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/350°F for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Once cooked, let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
