- Chop up the pineapple into bite-sized chunks, aiming for even sizes.
- In a large bowl, toss the pineapple chunks with brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted coconut oil until well coated.
Cooking
- Carefully place the pineapple chunks in the air fryer basket, ensuring they aren’t overcrowded.
- Cook for about 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even caramelization.
- After 10 minutes, check the pineapple. If it’s not golden and sizzling, give it a few more minutes but watch closely to prevent burning.
