  • 200 g dark chocolate Cadbury or any preferred brand
  • 100 g puffed rice Any brand will do
  • 50 g chopped nuts Almonds are preferred, but pecans or any nuts can be used

  1. Pour your chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
  2. Once the chocolate is melted, mix in the puffed rice and chopped nuts until completely coated.
  3. Line a small baking tin with parchment paper and pour the mixture into it. Press down firmly to compact.
  4. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour until set.

Notes
